China Resources Snow Breweries is building a craft beer production base in Shenzhen headquarters with an annual capacity of 100,000 kiloliters. Zhongchen Light Machinery is assisting in the construction of three high-end intelligent packaging production lines, including a canning line, glass bottle production line, and flexible production line, specifically designed for the production of high-end craft beers under the China Resources Snow brand. The project aims to set a new benchmark for China's beer consumption model. The project has now entered the full installation and construction phase, incorporating and integrating numerous world-leading technologies. Once completed, it will become a state-of-the-art craft beer center.
On December 5, the Anhui Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology announced the 2024 third batch of major technological equipment for the first set in Anhui Province. After the company’s application, review and recommendation by the municipal industry and information authorities, expert review and on-site verification by a third-party evaluation agency, and public announcement, Zhongchen Light Machinery's "YLGD136A Flow Meter Canning Filling Machine" was successfully included in the list.
Zhongchen Light Machinery's independently developed control software for the sterile cold filling system, high-speed can filling and sealing machine system, blow-molding servo stretching filling and capping machine system, SXP750 intelligent self-cleaning bottle washing machine system, and PET large barrel servo long-tube filling system have successfully passed the National Copyright Administration's review and obtained computer software copyright registration certificates. The company has made significant progress in intellectual property protection, adding 30 new patents, including 14 invention patents. Zhongchen Light Machinery has partnered with Yanjing Lichuan to create the first domestic flexible five-in-one beer and beverage filling system. The system consists of multiple modular units and is capable of handling various bottle types and sealing forms. It uses flow meter volumetric filling technology to fill beer and can quickly switch between 21 different bottle types, such as glass and tinplate bottles, and 6 types of caps. On June 18, the new PET soft drink production line at Hefei Swire Coca-Cola's Jinxiutong Factory was officially launched, with Zhongchen Light Machinery serving as the main supplier and invited to attend the opening ceremony. This advanced high-speed line is capable of producing 54,000 bottles per hour of 500 ml carbonated beverages and other NAP products. Zhongchen Light Machinery completed the installation and commissioning in just 28 days, achieving a line efficiency of 91.2% within one week, setting a new record for similar projects at Swire Coca-Cola. The project received high recognition from the client, and both parties look forward to expanding further cooperation. It is reported that the production line has successfully passed acceptance with an efficiency rate of 98%.

On April 9, Coca-Cola headquarters led a delegation of leaders from multiple bottling plants around the world to visit Hefei, where they had an in-depth exchange with Zhongchen Light Machinery regarding the company’s supply capabilities, technological innovation, manufacturing, quality assurance, after-sales service, and past cooperative projects. The delegation highly praised Zhongchen Light Machinery. Since signing the MTC Global Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Coca-Cola headquarters, the company has expanded cooperation with bottling plants worldwide, providing multiple lines including 36,000–48,000 bottles per hour PET lines, 48,000 bottles per hour glass bottle lines, and 36,000–90,000 cans per hour canning lines. One of the key applications involved CCH, one of the world’s largest bottlers, who, after reviewing Chinese suppliers, awarded Zhongchen Light Machinery the order for a 48,000 bottles per hour recycled glass bottle packaging line, marking the beginning of strategic cooperation.

This equipment is compatible with both crown caps and pull tabs, features a main unit with a cleaning system, and adopts a modular design for changeover parts. As the first company in China to promote pure draft technology, Zhujiang Beer has very high standards for the filling process. After thorough discussions, Zhujiang Beer awarded Zhongchen Light Machinery the order for this project.

At the beginning of the New Year, Qingdao Beer awarded Zhongchen Light Machinery the 60,000 cans per hour canning machine project. In recent years, Zhongchen Light Machinery has become a leading supplier of core canning lines in China, dominating the market share. In 2024, the company provided nearly 30 canning lines for domestic and international markets, including nearly 10 high-speed lines ranging from 72,000 to 90,000 cans per hour, sold to customers such as Qiandao Lake Beer, Heineken, Coca-Cola, and Budweiser. Based on 20 years of information and digitalization accumulation, Zhongchen Light Machinery's digital transformation has become a model for many discrete light industrial manufacturing enterprises. The large-capacity PET bottle production line of Zhongchen Light Machinery was successfully delivered to Coca-Cola, producing a variety of large-capacity products, including 7L water under the Coca-Cola brand. With the trend of consumption upgrading, Zhongchen Light Machinery has always been committed to large-capacity PET water line technology and provided advanced and reliable 5L, 7L, 10L, 12L, and 19L large bottle and bucket water lines for Coca-Cola and other users this year.
Three products developed and manufactured by Zhongchen Light Machinery, including the PET bottle blowing, filling, and capping machine, were awarded the title of "New Products in Anhui Province". This year, Zhongchen Light Machinery has once again deepened its cooperation with Snow Brewery China and helped build 3 high-end intelligent packaging production lines for its headquarters base craft beer project, including an aluminum can production line, a glass bottle production line, and a flexible production line, used to produce Snow Brewery China's high-end craft beer, aiming to create a new benchmark for China's beer consumption model.

A 36,000 cans/hour aluminum can production line from Zhongchen Light Machinery was put into operation at Sanjiangyuan Company, adding a touch of festive cheer to Zhongchen Light Machinery's Year of the Rooster New Year. That same year, Zhongchen Light Machinery successfully completed the delivery of 10 aluminum can production lines for PepsiCo and Conway Tengyi, which were subsequently certified by PepsiCo's quality control department and put into operation. Zhongchen Light Machinery delivered 20 aluminum can production lines for beverage and beer based on the electronic valve technology throughout the year, marking the full entry of Zhongchen Light Machinery's aluminum can production line products into the user base of PepsiCo, Heineken and other high-end customers.

The 2014 CBB Exhibition in Beijing was grandly opened. Zhongchen Light Industry Machinery brought a 50,000 bottles/hour high-speed glass bottle beer filling and capping machine, specially developed for Budweiser Anheuser-Busch, which shocked the industry. The high-end glass bottle beer filling and packaging line with a production capacity of 50,000 bottles/hour per single filling machine is currently the highest-speed production line for beer enterprises in China. For filling and packaging equipment, the leap from 40,000 to 50,000 is not only a quantitative breakthrough, but also a qualitative breakthrough. The completion of this project means that Zhongchen Light Industry Machinery has firmly occupied a leading position in the beer and beverage glass bottle filling and packaging production line manufacturing industry, and at the same time, it delivered to Budweiser Anheuser-Busch the largest high-speed double-end washing machine with a 24-minute alkali liquid soaking capacity of 60,000 bottles/hour, as well as a 270 square meter double-layer double-channel beer tunnel sterilizer.

The successful commissioning of this project marks that Zhongchen Light Machinery has once again stood at the peak of the high-speed beer filling and packaging industry. At the same time, Zhongchen Light Machinery launched the three main equipment of 50,000BPH high-speed beer glass bottle production line in 2013, which has written a brilliant chapter for the independent brand development of high-speed beer packaging production lines in China.

Cooperation with Carlsberg Brewery
In 2008, Zhongchen Light Machinery signed a contract for a 24,000BPH glass bottle carbonated beverage production line turnkey project with Carlsberg Group for use by Lao Holding Bottling Plant.
In early 2010, Carlsberg Group purchased a 28,000BPH glass bottle carbonated beverage production line from Zhongchen Company for use in its bottling plant in Africa.
In the same year, Carlsberg Group purchased a 40,000BPH beer/drink combination production line turnkey project from Zhongchen Company, consisting of nine major systems, which went into operation in October 2011.

A comprehensive workshop covering an area of 2,700 square meters and a large materials warehouse of 1,800 square meters broke ground and was completed and put into use in November of the same year.

2006

As the company's overseas business grew, Zhongchen Light Machinery set up a wholly-owned subsidiary, Anhui Zhonghong Machinery Co., Ltd., to take over the entire business and engineering of Zhongchen International Business Department. Between 2006 and 2010, the company's overseas business grew by more than 20% per year.
Zhongchen Light Machinery determined its new business strategy for the new era as "taking the brand path and doing the high-end market."

2005

The alliances with Coca-Cola, PepsiCo and Wahaha:
In 2005, the Coca-Cola system and Zhongchen Light Industry Machinery Co., Ltd. began a good strategic cooperation and established a joint laboratory. More than 15 high-speed glass bottle and PET production lines have been successfully put into operation in the Coca-Cola system both at home and abroad since then.
In 2007, the company's products successfully entered the PepsiCo international system, and 16 high-speed glass bottle, PET carbonated and juice lines have been running in the PepsiCo system so far. The same year, Wahaha and Zhongchen Light Industry Machinery Co., Ltd. shook hands, and 35 high-speed beverage production lines have been running in 28 Wahaha factories, with the successful application of international-standard technologies such as ultra-clean and in-line mixing. Zhongchen Light Industry Machinery Co., Ltd. has walked the path of "strong alliance and joint development" with its own strength.

In February, the groundbreaking ceremony for the new plant of Zhongchen Light Machinery Co., Ltd. was held in the new plant site of Hefei Economic and Technological Development Zone, and it was successfully completed in early 2004, covering an area of nearly 100,000 square meters.
The contract for the turnkey project of three complete lines and a complete plant equipment in Laoshan, Qingdao, was undertaken by Zhongchen Light Machinery Co., Ltd., which marked the beginning of the technical engineering of Zhongchen Light Machinery Co., Ltd. and established a complete technical, engineering, and service team.

1. In October 1965, the predecessor of Hefei Zhongchen Light Industry Machinery Co., Ltd., Hefei Light Industry Machinery Factory, was officially established.
2. Zhongchen Light Machinery started importing the full set of Japanese and European technology from 1983 and transformed into producing beer and beverage production line equipment. Nearly 30 years of profound accumulation in this industry. Our well-known clients are spread all over the world, both at home and abroad.

Diversified product development: At the end of the last century and the beginning of this century, Zhongchen Light Machinery began to design and manufacture PET bottled carbonated beverage, fruit and tea beverage production lines, successfully applied in several well-known beverage manufacturers such as Jianlibao.
